Over the last 20 years Paul Fletcher has worked in 2 and 3d media, linear and nonlinear timebased and installation based artforms.  Recently his short films have been included in; 2009 MIAF (Melbourne International Animation Festival), Insectaesthesia (2008),St Kilda Film Festival 2007, City of Dust(2007),   MIFF 2009 Post Punk Retrospective(Mr Tsuzuki comes to Australia). Internationally his film work has been included in several festivals including L’estrange September 2009(City of Dust ), The Amsterdam Film Experience(The Program 2008) and appears on line at Animation World Network, and Microcinema.

Paul Fletcher works part-time as a Lecturer in the VCA School of Film & Television and  works collaboratively with multi-discipline central Victorian art collective Punctum, and Undue Noise Cleaner have included Commonwealth Games Cultural Festival 2006, and several concerts over the last five years including the venues Punctum ICU, Undue Noise and Footscray Audio Visual Centre. Over the Easter weekend in 2008 and 2009 ,Paul has staged “Hidden Creatures” a large outdoor sculpture, audio and animated video installation as part of the Greater City of Bendigo's Easter Festival. His installation work has included three exhibitions at Allans Walk Artist Run Space as solo artist and in collaboration with Jacques Soddell ; “Time Decomposing” 2006, “Silence is” 2007, “Musuem of Lost Sounds” 2008. From 1982 to 1990 Paul produced and sold many limited edition screenprints, record covers and greeting cards.
