Availability and Shipping
Availability of films in your country depends on our contracts with distributors and producers. When verifying shipping address please check product availability for your country.

Media System and Region coding
Most of our films are region free.
DVD's are produced and duplicated in two formats: PAL and NTSC. PAL is the most common system used throughout the world.  NTSC is primarily used in the U.S.A., Canada, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, the Philippines, and Mexico.  Please see the MAP if you are unsure of your system compatibility.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:PAL-NTSC-SECAM.svg
Many DVD players can play both NTSC and PAL.  Please refer to your player’s manual if unsure.

Ordering by Purchase Order
All goods remain the property of Contemporary Arts Media until they are paid for in full.  Payment is required within 21 days of invoice date and late payments will attract a 5% surcharge.  Without payment of your invoice you do not have the requisite license. Using the films without payment after 21 days is illegal and in breach of international copyright law. 

Warranty and Refund
All orders are accepted on a firm sale basis.  Although  all precaution has been taken to provide you with a good quality copy, still some players might have problems playing the DVDs. If you notice any problems, please contact us and we will replace any defective film free of charge.

Preview Policy
For a growing number of our films we provide screeners through our website.
Previewing films - ordering and receiving films on approval - only available 1/for educational institutions and 2/ for selected films. Please contact us at order@artfilms.com.au as prior consent for “On Approval” items is required.  The customer is responsible for all postage and handling costs. 

CREDIT CARD: through PAYPAL's Secure portal you can pay by credit card. Please note that you do not have to be a PAYPAL member for this transaction, though you might choose this option for your convenience. Credit card payment will incur a 3,5% surcharge.
